Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
SP Media House ("we") runs an internal tool, "SPmedia Publisher", that uploads videos we create to social media accounts we own and operate. This policy explains what data that tool handles.
What we access
- When we connect one of our own accounts (for example a YouTube channel), the platform gives us an access token limited to the permissions we approve, such as uploading videos and reading basic channel information.
- We do not collect data about viewers or other users through these connections.
How we use it
Tokens are used only to publish our own videos and read basic information about our own accounts. They are stored encrypted on our server, are never sold or shared, and can be revoked at any time from the platform's account settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the YouTube Data API only to upload and manage videos on channels we own.
Retention and deletion
We keep tokens only while an account is connected. Disconnecting an account deletes its token from our server.
